Our Piccalilli is derived from an extremely ancient recipe. This traditional accompaniment for cheese, cold meats, salads and sandwiches has built up an extremely devoted and appreciative following who will use no other.
Quince Cheese, made from whole quinces, is the accompaniment for lighter cheeses such as spanish manchego sheep's cheese, the welsh sheep's cheeses and not to forget the blue cheeses for which our country is famous.
Our Lemon Curd is made in very small batches from fresh lemons, butter, eggs, caster sugar and is now much sought after.
Other products, Spiced Cranberries and Mincemeat, are made in the appropriate season and invariably sell out.
