Produced at the former Water Mill in the village of Little Mill in the valley of the river Usk, South East Wales, our products are based on traditional recipes and made only from ingredients found in nature. We also provide some which were devised by us and not to be found elsewhere – for example Rum and Blackcurrant Jam, Calvados and Crab Apple Jelly, Elderflower and Gooseberry Jelly.
All of our preserves are suitable for vegans. Piccalilli, as demanded by tradition is our only preserve to use flour.
We provide pure Welsh honey from up to 7 different locations based on flowers from the countryside, local hills and the coast. We produce a range in total of some 15 different jams, 6 marmalades, 10 chutneys, and up to 10 jellies as well as specialities such as piccalilli, lemon curd and quince cheese.
Our range of preserves is complemented by 4 different homemade cordials – elderflower, raspberry, blackberry and blackcurrant and pure apple juice from several different individual apple varieties grown and pressed in an orchard in the Brecon Beacons.
From the oven, we produce traditional Welsh farmhouse fruit loaf, bara brith, and four different fruit pies made from original ingredients - Apple, Blackberry and Apple, Blackcurrant and Apple and Gooseberry.
